New York steaks (also known as strip loin steaks) are a favorite of our restaurant customers. Portland chef Greg Higgins has been known to go to great lengths to source the finest ingredients for his menu. In our grass-fed steaks, he finds the true flavor of Oregon's rugged beauty. More flavorful than the tenderloin, and with less fat than a rib steak, the New York steak is cut from the top loin roast. Each steak weighs approximately 10-ounces.
